Determining a user&#039;s precise location can be quite challenging, especially for those utilizing a VPN or connected to a VDI. Identifying a location typically requires knowledge of the public IP address; however, even with this information, accuracy can still be an issue. Our most effective solution involves presenting the user with an interactive map as part of a Signal popup. Users can either pinpoint their location on the map or use an intelligent, predictive location search box. Frequently, we default to the user&#039;s last known coordinates, which can be derived from their public IP address or their HR profile.]]></description>

I enjoyed reading your information on the Symphony Signal product .You explained very well the user benefits of the product and the applications it might be used in .I have a question in relation to emergency response popups on VDI screens will Symphony Signal issues GPS location information for responders to the raised emergency for rescue to locate them , also can the Symphony Signal track in live time the response of VDI users to the emergency situation so all in volved can see in real time .I am asking this from having experience in lone person working environments and remote site working locations .]]></description>
