While every year is great, we think this one is going to be better than ever as we have some new products to unveil.
Shift, Echo, Capsule
David Butler-McAllister, Co-Founder and COO at Access IT Automation, said: “We have been working really hard over the last year or so to bring some exciting new products to the market – products that will move the application management parts of our industry forward.
“I will be introducing and demo-ing the new products in my speaker session. I don’t want to give too much away ahead of the big reveal, but here’s a taster.
“Let’s start with Capture Shift. Capture Shift is the fifth module in the Access Capture suite of products. It has been built to simplify SCCM to Intune migration projects. It does this by enabling complete oversight of your application estate, while also giving you control over the execution of the migration. Everything is also backed with data, enhancing confidence in the project.
“While it is a module that is part of Access Capture, Shift can also be purchased as a standalone product on the Microsoft Store. Buying through the MS Store can significantly simplify the process of getting the platform you need to accelerate your SCCM to Intune migration.
“Then we have Capture Echo. It’s all about evergreen IT, the tantalising ideal that always seemed just out of reach. For years now, we’ve had most of the components in our Access Capture product to make evergreen IT a reality – most of the components. Capture Echo closes the loop and makes evergreen IT truly possible.
“With Capture Echo, you subscribe to the applications that matter to your organisation. These are typically the applications that are critical to your operations and are also suitable for an evergreen IT approach. Echo then does the hard work of watching vendor sources for new releases before retrieving them and sending you a notification.
“The updated app can then go into your existing processes. If those processes include the Access Capture product, that means full automation through packaging, testing, and publishing ready for deployment.”
The Big Reveal
David added: “Capture Shift and Echo have already been released, with Shift available on the Microsoft marketplace and Echo available for early access as a beta release.
“But we are also using the AppManagEvent to give another product its world premiere – Capsule. I’ll not give away too much here, except to say it is a new packaging technology that solves many of the problems currently being faced in enterprise IT, including modernising legacy application packaging, even for those apps that traditionally block MSIX moves.
“Like other colleagues in our slice of the IT industry, we use AppManagEvent each year to highlight innovations and successes in endpoint management. With three new products to show, including one that will be seen for the first time, AppManagEvent 2026 will be at a whole new level. See you in Utrecht!”
